Diane has over 30 years of combined clinical experience in Minnesota as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She has extensive experience working with high-conflict parents and complex family systems, focused on child-centered solutions in their best interests. Diane views family dynamics from a systems perspective, understanding the strengths and complexities of each individual and their contribution to the family needs, rewards, expectations, and cultural attributes. These factors are interwoven influences that guide parenting, relationships, communication styles, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Diane graduated in 1995 from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, with an emphasis on Human Relations, and completed a certificate program in alcohol and drug counseling. In 2009, she graduated from St. Cloud State University with an Master 0f Science in Marriage and Family Therapy.
She is designated a Clinical Fellow with the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy, a member of the National and State Chapters of the AFCC - Association of Family and Conciliation Court and a Professional Member of National and State NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. Diane is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, and has experience working within Family and Criminal Courts. Diane is native to Minnesota and resides with her husband in the countryside as empty nesters (5 kids later) - and one exceptional British Labrador Retriever, Josie.

Terri is Broker/Owner of West Metro Real Estate Group and been in real estate sales for 15 years. For 25 years prior to that she was a Branch/Area Manager for two highly successful mortgage companies both here in Minnesota and California. She also managed five Homeowner Associations of over 130 units. With this background the skills she brings is financial management/budgeting, high attention to detail, organizational, leadership, motivation, training to name a few. She currently lives in Annandale with her husband of 40 years; has three sons & six grandchildren. Her heart is in seeing these children and parents have the tools & education to move forward in some very difficult circumstances to change their path and lead a healthy, happy life and become a strong leader in our communities.

Leah is a banker at Falcon National Bank in Maple Grove. She lives in Monticello with her boyfriend and two puppies! Growing up in Plato, Minnesota she had found a sweet spot for kids and started babysitting for family friends at 14 and then went on to nanny in high school and while she attended college at MSUM- Moorhead. After making a school change and finishing out with Ridgewater College she moved into her career in the banking industry. With a bubbly personality and willingness to help others (especially kids) she is eager to work with a great leadership team at Parenting with Grace!

Founder & Exec. Director
Chrystal Fischer is dedicated to strengthening families, reducing conflict, and protecting children through trauma-informed, child-centered services. Under her leadership, Parenting with Grace has grown into a comprehensive family support organization offering co-parenting education and coaching, parenting skills classes, youth emotional skills development, and prevention programming including the Not a Number human trafficking prevention program for teens, along with supervised parenting time and safe exchange services.
Chrystal brings a strong background in business management, human resources, and team leadership, combined with extensive specialized training in supervised visitation and trauma-informed family services. She is a certified Divorce Coach through the Divorce Coach Academy, author of Protected & Connected™, and provides co-parent coaching and education with a focus on supporting families navigating high-conflict and court-involved situations.
She serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Supervised Visitation Network (SVN) and is actively involved in both the Legislative & Advocacy Committee and the Governance & Nominating Committee, contributing to national standards, leadership development, and policy efforts within the field. Chrystal is also a Board Member of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals (ACAN) and serves as Co-Chair of the Training & Mentoring Committee, supporting the development and growth of neutrals across the United States. In addition, she is a member of the Legislative and Public Policy Committee for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), contributing to efforts that improve family law systems and outcomes for families.
A dynamic and purpose-driven leader, Chrystal is deeply committed to advancing equitable, accessible, and trauma-informed services that support the well-being of children and families across all backgrounds. Her work is rooted in the belief that when parents are given the right tools, education, and support, they can create safe, stable, and meaningful connections with their children—even in the most challenging circumstances.
